Drop Off & Pick Up
The drop off and pick up option is available M-F 10-4. Please leave signed documents at Hugo Pacific reception in Units 1005-1006 on the 10th floor. They will be ready within 2 business days. A photocopy of your ID can be left with them, or emailed to [email protected], texted to 647-459-0888 or shown to the notary on Zoom.
Fee is $30 plus $20 for each additional document payable by cash, e-transfer to [email protected] or via credit card on the Make A Payment tab.
Remote Signing
Please scan and email your signed documents to [email protected] with photo ID. They will be remotely commissioned, scanned and emailed back to you within 24 hours. The $45 fee can be e-transferred to [email protected] or paid by credit card here.
